Anyone ordering this from Cemetary Dance should have their head examined. If you order now, you'll be paying full price a year in advance of when the book will actually come out. Crazy!

Yes, especially for the books they say they are publishing. I ordered Secretary of Dreams 2 on July 20, 2007. According to the latest emails from CD, they are still putting together the art. I have absolutely no idea when the book will eventually come out. I've paid a little more than $400 for one s/l and one gift edition.
The upcoming annoucement regarding Under the Dome is a little different because they are not the publisher. I've heard the book is coming out in the Fall of 2009. But if you order it from CD now, you'll pay what will probably be the full price ($28) plus shipping and be charged right now. I'm sure it will be available from Amazon at a 30 or 40% discount after Scribner announces the publication. Quite a difference!

Very good point John.
That is really bad that you have been waiting that long, with still no delivery date in sight.
I think i will keep a look out on Amazon then.

Here is Wiki's info on this book: Under the Dome is a novel currently being written by Stephen King. It is a rewrite of a novel King attempted writing twice in the 1980s, under the titles The Cannibals and Under the Dome.[1] As King stated on his official site, these two unfinished works "were two very different attempts to utilize the same idea, which concerns itself with how people behave when they are cut off from the society they've always belonged to. Also, my memory of The Cannibals is that it, like Needful Things, was a kind of social comedy. The new Under the Dome is played dead straight." King read from his new first draft at "The Three Kings" reading event that was held on April 4, 2008 at the Library of Congress, which was broadcast by C-SPAN as part of their Book TV series on May 4, 2008. King described the novel as "very, very long," saying "I tried [writing] this once before when I was a lot younger, and the project was just too big for me."[2] King has stated the novel is twice as long as his most recent, Duma Key, at "over 1,500 pages in manuscript",[3] and "deals with some of the same issues that The Stand does, but in a more allegorical way."[4] The first draft was completed in late August 2008, with the manuscript weighing 19 lbs (8.6kg).[3] According to the publisher, the book is due to be released in the fall of 2009. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Under_the_Dome
